Functional Lab orders and Interpretation are available if you wish to use these in your health plan. High level review of labs is included in a coaching session; an in-depth interpretation and consult will be a separate service. If we reach a point where you'd like outside support, I maintain a network of therapists and practitioners that I'm happy to connect you with to further your care. I'm also happy to communicate with existing providers you have, in order to provide seamless care and a true home base for your whole-person health care.

The Menstrual Cycle is a Vital Sign! It tells us when things are in or out-of sync in our body or behaviors. Understanding your cycle and living according to it's rhythm will set you up for good health, fertility, and a healthy menstrual span. If you're reaching perimenopause, we'll use your cycle and symptoms to design a plan to keep you cool, calm, and collected during this transition - including a big ol' dose of shifting our perspective around perimenopause and our place/value in society.
I tend to work with folks that have rich inner worlds, big dreams for the future, and... may struggle with balancing it all in this day and age. You are seen and safe here. Integrative Health is an emerging style of healthcare that blends conventional medicine with evidence-based complementary practices. It is holistic in nature, considering both the whole-person health of the individual, as well as the interconnection nature of our healthcare systems themselves.
Integrative Health is emerging across the board as an effective, cost-reducing, humane evolution of our healthcare system in the US. It's strengths lie in it's ability for nuance, conversation, and truly individual approaches to client/patient support.
This is partially about living your best, true-to-you life... but mostly, it comes down to your wellbeing. Humans are wired for congruence, and a gap between what we value and how we live can create chronic internal tension. It also requires a lot of energy to make ourselves fit someone else's mold. Better to pour that energy into developing a way of life that is true to your needs, interests, and desires. Living authentically creates a solid foundation for a regulated nervous system and also a solid foundation for attracting relationships and opportunities that love you for you - because they can see clearly who you are.
You are not alone! In fact, most states of disease don't exist in isolation and it's not a hopeless case if you have several symptoms arising at once. It can, however, be difficult to know where to begin untangling the knot. My work focuses on developing healthy lifestyle foundations that benefit almost all conditions, with slight variances made for your individual situation. Additionally, my training with the Integrative Women's Health Institute was called "Confidence in Complexity" and provides clear roadmaps to help work through overlapping conditions that tend to gravitate toward one another.
Yes! Almost all of my training supports folks across the board - though I have chosen to undertake additional training to support Women's Health, as women tend to have a more complex hormonal picture in midlife for obvious reasons.
